MSS does not edit, modify, claim, manage, or verify your Google Business Profile. GBP ownership, claiming, editing, and verification remain 100% the client's responsibility. MSS monitors map ranking and aligns non-Google assets — including the website, schema, citations, directories, social profiles, and AI-surface content — with the business information the client maintains on GBP.
Once the foundation is in place, visibility takes upkeep. Every tier keeps GBP activity on the monitoring, tracking, and reporting side — never GBP editing, GBP posting, or verification assistance.
If MSS cannot move your business at least one position on Google Maps, for at least one of your three baseline search queries, within your first full month on retainer, you will get the following month for free.
This guarantee applies to the first retainer month only and requires a claimed, verified, and accurate GBP, reasonable client cooperation, timely access/content approvals, and no Google suspension or verification hold during the guarantee period. The guarantee is void if the GBP becomes unverified, suspended, or materially inaccurate.
Setup fees are due in full before work begins. Retainer fees are due monthly on the same calendar day as the Agreement's Effective Date. Payments more than ten days late may result in paused services. Fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced.
